2. Takedown Process
Once we receive a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content about the removal.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Northern District of California, if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice.
Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will restore the material unless the original claimant files a lawsuit against you.
